PRIVACY POLICY FOR Linea Gotica

This information on personal data management is provided, also in pursuance of Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Codex, in the matter of personal data protection -, to any entity having to do with the Linea Gotica application (here below also named App or Application) both on customer owned device and any device provided by the Museum or Exhibition, through which could be collected and managed any personal data.

The information provided is also based on the guidelines contained in Recommendation no. 2/2001, which was adopted on 17 May 2001 by the European data protection authorities within the Working Party set up under Article 29 of European Directive 95/46/EC in order to lay down minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online - especially with regard to arrangements, timing and contents of the information to be provided by data controllers to users visiting web pages for whatever purpose.

Ownership and responsibilities regarding handling of personal data
Using the App will result into the processing of data concerning identified or identifiable persons.The data controller is ENJOYMUSEUM S.r.l., with registered office in Novara (NO – Italy), via Rotonda Massimo D’Azeglio. Data will be communicated also to Giunti Arte Mostre Musei (GAmm) S.r.l. (promoter of Museum) wiith registered office in Firenze (FI - Italy), Via Bolognese, 165, in the role of owner and responsible for the collected data.

Objectives of data handling and its modalities
Personal data gathered by the navigation inside the App or voluntarily supplied by the User are collected in order to provide the service at the museum.

Data handling location
Data processing related to the App will take place at the museum place and at the HQ of the data handling owner, Enjoymuseum S.r.l; the handling will be done only by authorized personnel. The processing done by GAmm S.r.l. will take place at the company’s HQ.

Types of handled data
At the time of registration of the App after the installation on the owned device personal data are requested (name, family name, email address). The information are collected also in case of registration via social network (i.e. Facebook) This kind of data collected could be used to verify responsibility in case of possible cybercrimes or any misuse of services and features provided.

Data Provided Voluntarily by Users
The personal data provided by the user are voluntarily supplied: submitting such data is a free chosen, explicit and voluntary option. Nevertheless without the data providing the service cannot be performed.

Processing Arrangements
The personal data is processed with automated means and not only for the time necessary to achieve the immediate purposes for which it has been collected (i.e. the visit at museum or exhibition). Specific security measures are implemented to prevent the data from being lost, used unlawfully and/or inappropriately, and accessed without authorization.

Data Subjects' Rights
Data subjects are entitled at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them and be informed of their contents and origin, verify their accuracy, or else request that such data be supplemented, updated or rectified (Section 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).

The above Section also provides for the right to request erasure, anonymization or blocking of any data that is processed in breach of the law as well as to object in all cases, on legitimate grounds, to processing of the data.
